Through murky windows blink eyes twice to get some clarity
The day outside for those who look is another world set free
When work is waiting, long is morning and many minutes passed
A buzzing feed’s heard in your head to take a break at last
At such a time release yourself to the other side of day
To catch a glimpse of unknown souls not bound by clock or pay
Surprising sun with its sharp outlines may crinkle up your face
And hands will shield your startled mind at sights and sounds unleashed
Through unshuttered sight the breeze takes light to merrily dance along
And ears set free can hear fast roads playing their tuneless songs
Come here and listen, pause and play, remembering why you came
Take breath in deeply, set straight your course to live your best today
